Ruth Eno Adjoa Amankwah Nyame, better known in the music world as Eno Barony, has been described as an inspirational rapper of her generation by veteran rapper Reggie Rockstone.
In an interview with the media in Cape Coast, the famous pioneer of Ghana’s Hip-Life movement complemented the enthusiastic rapper for the accomplishment.
“Eno is one of the finest rappers of our generation, carving out a distinct identity for herself. Rockstone remarked, “She is really motivating and has gone a long way.
He urged her to keep the momentum going and avoid any mistakes that could jeopardize her promising career.
The ‘Hip-Life Grandpa’ urged Ghanaians to show patriotism, alter their views, and reject pessimism, which had hindered the growth of musicians for years, in favor of mutual support.
He emphasized the need of music industry participants, as well as Ghanaians in general, fervently supporting musicians throughout their careers in order for them to acquire worldwide recognition and long-term viability.
“Let us enhance the country’s level of patriotism and nationalism. The Nigerians are doing it with the slogan “Niger no dey carry last,” implying that they would never be last in anything, but “bring him down,” he added, they are going to ruin themselves.
